RESOLUTION OF THE GITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING BUDGET FOIt EXPEDTDITURE
OF GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, a project statement has been presented set-
ing up a budaet for expenditure of the�gas tax for the fiscal gear
1956 allocated for major cit� streets in the City of Lynwood� and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said project
statement in full and is familiar with the contents thereo.f,
NOW, Ti�REFORE, BE IT RE9�LVED by the City Council of
the Cits of Lynwood that said project statement be and it is hereby
approved and adopted as the budget of �r oposed expench tures of the
gas tax allocated Por major city streets in the City of Lgnwood,
and the Mayor an d the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City, said project statement to be binding upon the
