� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
� LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PROTESTS IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVE-
MENT FOR THE FURNISHING OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY
TO LIGHT ALL STREET LIGHTING SYSTEMS IN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street
Lighting Act of 1919 and amendments triereto," the City Council
of the City of Lynwood has heretofore passed and adopted its •
, Resolution No. declaring its intention to order the furnishing
of the service necessary to maintain and illuminate by means of
electrical energy all the street lighting systems in the City of
Lynwood for a period of three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1: That the City Council does hereby fix Tuesday,
the 21st day of June, 1955 at the hour of 8 otclock p,m. in the
Council Chambers of said City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road in the City
of Lynwood, as the time and place of hearin$ any and all protests
in relation to said proposed improvement.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood
_ h is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time, form,
� and manner required by law. �
