RM zoning district. The applicant seeks a Variance under MGL 40A 40 to establish buildability of the
lot and other relief deemed necessary .
1813 Nicole and Jay Merriman , ( Represented by Frank Shirley Architects) , 692 Tubman Road ,
MAP 65 LOT 50 , previously M 26 L 108 , in the RM zoning district . The applicant seeks a Special
Permit under MGL 40A- 6 and Brewster Bylaw 179 - 25 A (extension and alterations) to add to an
existing historical structure within the front yard setback.
