RESOLUTION N0 2595
RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF ALMA AVENUE BETWEEN LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE BY THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CURBS, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS AND
GUTTERS, AND THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING DRIVEWAYS
AND TREETS, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPUR-
TENANT WORK.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Division 7 of the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911, and amend-
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its I
Resolution of Intention No. 2572 on the 16th day of November, i954
declaring its intention to order �ertain work to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of
the work or improvement, the assessment district, and for further
particulars, whieh resolution is on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said Resolution of
Intention have been had and taken in the time, £orm, and manner
required by law; and
WHEREAS, a notice of hearin� on the proposed assessment has
been published, posted, a.nd mailed as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a full and complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the 17th day of May 1955 and ,
WHEREAS, there were oral or written protests or objections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section l: That the assessment is ,just and correct and in
accordance with law a,nd that all of the actions, determinations, reso-
lutions, and orders, and. all of the proceedings heretofore taken are
legal, valid, and sufficient and that the dia.�ram attached to said
,assessment is legal, valid, and sufficient.

at�tached thereto accordingly.
