RESOLUTION N0 259�+
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER �
RELATING TO THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN
AND ILLUMINATE BY ELECTRICAL ENERGY ALL THE
STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM IN THE SAID CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood did,
on the 2nd day of May 1955 file with the City Clerk, as ordered
by Resolution No. 2587 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood
adopted February,l5 1955 a report relating to the service necessary
to maintain and illwninate by means of electrical energy all street
lamps in the City of Lynwood, said written report being in com-
pliance with Chapter 3, Division 14, Part 1 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that said report, unmodified, is hereby approved
and adopted as a whole, as the report for all subsequent proceedings
. had hereunder. �
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of May 1955• '.
