A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN4JOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE MATTER
OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF ALMA AVENUE BETWEEN LONG
BEACH BOULEVARD AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE BY THE CON-
STRUCTION OF CURBS, DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, AND
' GUTTERS, ANll THE REMOVAL OF EXISTING DRIVEWAYS
AND TREES, INCLUDING ALL INCIDENTAL AND APPUR-
TENANT WORK,
The City Council of-the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section l: That the assessment diagram for the improve-
ment of Alma Avenue between Long Beach Boulevard and California
Avenue, as shown on Plan No. 1954-J-5 on file in the office of the
' City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, be and the same 3s hereby approved •
and adopted. �
Section 2: That the City Clerk of said. City is directed
to certify the fact and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of Streets of said City and shall deliver said
diagram to said Superintendent of Streets.
