Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6 :16 p .m. in the
Live Oak Park Live Oak Room I, II, Ill , located at 10144 Bogue Street , Temple City.

City Attorney Va il reported that City Council met in Closed Session and only
discussed regarding Closed Session Item A, Pending Litigation , and gave
direction to City Attorney. Closed Sess ion Item B (Employee Performance
Evaluation of City Attorney) and Closed Session Item C (Conference with
Labor Negotiator) d iscussion will be continued after the Regular City Council
meeti ng at 7 :30 p .m. adjourns . There is no other reportable action.
Regular City Council mee ting adjourned at 11:30 p .m . Discussion for C~osed
Sess ion Item B (Employee Performance Evaluation of City Attorney) and
C losed Session Item C (Conference with Labor Negotiator) will be continued
to the next City Council meeting date on June 6 .
