CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-27
RESOLUTION NAMING JIM DILLMAN AS HONORARY RESIDENT
WHEREAS, Jim Dillman has been a valued City of Medina employee in the Public Works
Department since August 22, 1978; and
WHEREAS, Jim Dillman has demonstrated bold leadership, vision, and extraordinary
commitment with an objective to provide fair, cost-effective, and quality services to the residents of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina expresses sincere gratitude for Jim Dillman's long service
to the Medina community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Jim Dillman be named an honorary lifetime resident of the City of Medina, with the privileges of
participating in City sponsored events and providing insight and advice on matters of interest to the
community.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Smith
and the following voted against: (Absent: Cavanaugh)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
