HomeMy Public PortalAbout2006-028 Resolution Approving Lot Div. & Rearrangement for Elizabeth Goodman & Herbert Gardner 2495 Willow DrMember Smith introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2006-28 APPROVING A LOT DIVISION AND REARRANGEMENT FOR ELIZABETH GOODMAN AND HERBERT GARDNER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2495 WILLOW DRIVE WHEREAS, Elizabeth Goodman and Herbert Gardner have requested approval of a lot division and rearrangement to add a 1.13 acre parcel onto their 12.74 acre property to be legally described as: Exhibit A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve lot division and rearrangement for Elizabeth Goodman and Herbert Gardner, in accordance with the plans and specifications that were approved by the City Council, subject to the following findings and conditions: 1. The survey shall be revised to identify Parcel A with the acreage prior to the lot division and rearrangement, which is 12.74 acres. 2. Laurence and Jean LeJeune must sign the drainage and utility easement document in accordance with the easement as shown on the plan. The easement shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. 3. The applicant must sign the drainage and utility easement document in accordance with the easement as shown on the plan. The applicant shall further demonstrate clear title to the area over which the drainage and utility easement will be given. The easement shall be given to the satisfactory of the City Attorney. 4. The applicant shall sign the roadway easement document in accordance with the easement as shown on the plan. The easement shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. 5. The applicants shall pay to the City a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City for the cost of reviewing the final plat and related documents. Resolution No. 2006-28 April 4, 2006 1 6. The lot division and rearrangement is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the City Council resolution granting approval or the lot division and rearrangement shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the applicant prior thereto and approved by the City Council.
