CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-29
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF MEGAN
LEITNER
WHEREAS, Megan Leitner is currently employed as a receptionist by the city of Medina;
and
WHEREAS, on March 29, 2006, Megan Leitner submitted a letter of resignation from her
position addressed to the city administrator; and
WHEREAS, Megan Leitner's letter of resignation indicates her intent to resign from her
position effective immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Megan Leitner's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Smith
and the following voted against: (Absent: Cavanaugh)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
