Directors. A special acknowledgment to Mark Fisher for his years of commitment to the BHCA.

The Bal Harbour Civic Association (BHCA) would like to thank our members for their participation in the
recent Annua Board of Directors Elections Meeting held on February 2, 2021 on Zoom.

At the same time, we would also like to thank and commend our former Board of Directors, President
-MARK FISHER for his commitment and countless hours of dedication to our village for the past three
