Councilman with Bal Harbour Village and current member of the Resort Tax Committee,
has passed away.
Jaime was a long-time resident and advocate for Bal Harbour Village. He had a successful
career in the fashion industry, and served as a Councilman for 11 years from April 2005
until November 2016. Jaime was appointed by Mayor Groisman in December 2020 as a
member of the Resort Tax Committee where he had been very active.
Jaime will long be remembered and greatly appreciated for his willingness to help anyone
who needed assistance, engaging personality and consummate professionalism.
