CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-34
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
PLAT OF SPRING HILL GOLF CLUB
WHEREAS, the Spring Hill Golf Club (the "Club") has previously applied to the city of
Orono ("Orono') to plat its property located principally in Orono; and
WHEREAS, Orono has adopted Resolution No. 4577 approving the plat of Spring Hill
Golf Club; and
WHEREAS, a small portion of the land owned by the Club extends into Medina; and
WHEREAS, in order to file the plat of Spring Hill Golf Club with Hennepin County, it is
necessary for the plat to be executed by officials from both Orono and Medina.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
the mayor and city administrator -clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the plat of
Spring Hill Golf Club and to take any and all other actions necessary or convenient to cooperate
with the Club and Orono to effect the recording of the plat.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
