Mr. Rey felt that, in view of the fact that he owned two full -size trucks and a Cadillac, and that his housematre is a brick mason who uses the garage to store his cement mixer, tools and cement, his park- ing permit should be approved. Council viewed a video of the location, noting that the cement mixer was in the driveway and not stored in the garage. It was the consensus of the Council that, if the garage was used to park one of the vehicles rather than being used for storage, sufficient space is available on the 52 -foot driveway for the other two vehicles.
