A regular meeting oe the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of said Town on the 15th day of February, A. D. 1930. Commissioners DeParlier, Adams and Hose were present. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. It was called to the attention at the Commission that the Code of General Ordinances of the T own of Gulf Stream, Florida, was ready for its second reading. On motion duly made, seconded and carried "CODE OF GNTERAL ORDINAITCES OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA." was read in full. There being no amendments, changes or alterations, the Code of General Ordinances was unanimously passed and adopted and the Town Clerk was ordered to post a copy of said Code of Ordinances at the door of the Town Hall for a period of thirty (30) days as provided a -d required by the Charter of the Town of Gulf Stream. It was called to the attention of the Commission that a reso - lotion which was passed and adopted by the Town Commission at its last meeting authorizing the issuance of 42100.00 worth of Town warrants to the Gulf Stream Golf Club did not specify for ,vhst the warrants were issued for. It was moved, seconded avid carried that the resolution be amended to read that the warrants were issued for the payment of money �tdvaiiced by the Gulf Str. am Golf Club to the Town of Gulf Stream, for various municipal purposes, such as, surveys, obtaining Charter and other necessary municipal exjenses. It was called to the atten -.ion of the Town Commissioners that there were no police officers appointed or acting at this time. It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried, that M. L. DeParlier and L. S. Hoss be officially appointed as Town Police or Town Marshalls to serve in such capacity until such time as the Commission saw fit to appoint other officers. That said Town officers have authority and power to issue Town warrants for the arrest of violators of the Town Ordinances and request them to appear in the Mayor's Court.
