Call to Orders, G . Howard Hayes opened meeting at 5 : 37pm
There were no Regular minutes to review,

Report of the Deputy Assessor ,
Jim Gallagher states the department continues to receive Real Estate & Personal Property tax
abatements , Telephones are ringing and the counter is busy . Currently we have received 14 Real
Estate and 25 Personal Property Abatements . There has been updates to the Open Meeting Laws ;
Jim will email the information provided from the Town Clerk Colette Williams to the Board , Ms .
Williams would like you to review and acktiowledge receipt of these updates . Jim mentioned he has
been in contact with the mapping company to tackle updates . The maps were last updated for 2015 .
The contract has not been signed for 2016m2017 yet .
There were no topics the chair did not reasonably anticipate ,
Executive Session (to comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or
federal grantmin aid requirements MGL Chapter 5 9 § 60 and MGL Chapter 214 § I B )
