CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-45
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JANET OLSON
WHEREAS, Janet Olson is currently employed as an administrative assistant by the city of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, on July 5, 2006, Janet Olson submitted a letter of resignation from her
position addressed to the city administrator; and
WHEREAS, Janet Olson's letter of resignation indicates her intent to resign from her
position effective immediately.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Janet Olson's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
