Subject: Village Park - Commencement of Construction
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to provide an update Council on the
commencement of construction for the Village Park project.
On November 2, 2021, the Village Manager issued the Notice to Proceed (NTP) no. 1 which
will allow the contractor, NV2A, to start the perimeter fencing and stage their offices and
storage trailers.
The contractor will be securing the perimeter of the site with fencing to offset any non -
approved entry to the site. They have completed the fencing along Bal Bay Drive and will
continue with the fencing along the north property line on Monday.
