MINUTES OF TOM COMMISSION.
The Town Commission met in regular adjourned sessions of
February 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, at 7:30 P. M.
o'clock at the Town Hall in accordance with a notice duly published and
authorized at the meetin€ of the Tom Commission on January 18, 1930.
Commissioners DeParlier, Adams ani Hoss were present.
At none of these meetings did any interested persons or
parties appear before the Town Commission which sat at said meeting as
a Board of Equalization to hear any a.id all complaints to be registered
against the 1930 tax roll, as filed with the Town Commission by the Tax
Assessor of said Town.
The following resolution was offered for adoption, to -wit:
"Whereas, The Tovai Commission_ of the Town of Gulf Stream, did meet and sit
o'clock
as a Board of Equalization at 7 :30/P. LI. Febuary 10th, 1930, and did
adjourn from night to night, to and including February 20th, 1930, and
"Whereas, no property owner or other persons or parties
appeared before the Commission sitting as a Board of Equalization to
complain of any irregularities or over - assessments shown on the 1930
tax roll, as compiled and filed with the Town Commission by the Town
Tax Assessor; and
"Whereas, the Toaxi Commission has carefully checked the
tax assessments, shown on the 1930 tax roll, and has found all of said
assessments to be just and accurate, and that none of the said assessments
made are to be lowered or raised;
"Now, Therefore, Be it resolved, by the Town Commission
that said 19:,0 tax roll of the Town• of Galf Stream, Florida, as the
same was prepared and filed with the Town Commission by the Town Tax
Assessor be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, adopted and
accented as the 1930 tax roll of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida , and
that the assessments shorn on said tax roll be, and the same are hereby
adopted and approved."
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the above and
foregoing resolution was unanimously adopted.
There being no further business to come before the To=
Commission, they were regularly adjourned.
