Present at the meeting were : Claire Gradone , Joan Carstanjen , Roberta Murphy ,
Mary Haynes , Judy Miller , Cindy Bingham ( Select Board ) , Chris Miller

Cindy Bingham reported the Select Board has changed the status of the Brewster
All Citizen's Access Committee to a five member committee with one appointed
alternate .
Claire Gradone led a discussion of projects completed over the past few years
including the voice translation for hearing impaired at Town Meeting and projects
at Town beaches . Chris Miller reported that the handicapped pathway , viewing
platform and wheelchair storage shed at Paine' s Creek beach will be complete by
Memorial Day . Long Pond boat ramp with connection to ramp is complete ,
Claire reminded the committee to bring an article to Town Meeting to secure funds
for future projects by the recommendation of our All Citizen' s Access Committee , .
The Access Committee will need to be involved in the Brewster Whitecaps project
to improve fan experience including access .
Claire asked for volunteers or nominations for the positions of Chair and Secretary
but there were none at this time . Next regular scheduled meeting will be
September 21 at 2 pm at the Brewster Police Department .
