Ladies and Gentlemen,
This letter is to comply with Specific Condition No. 9 of Permit No. 0307741-005-
JM issued December 8, 2020, which requires a 48-hour notice prior to commencement
of activity authorized by this permit.
The Contractor, CAVACHE, Inc. has notified the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
that pipeline layout activities are expected to commence on January 8, 2022. Beach
renourishment operations are expected to commence January 17, 2022, and project
completed by June 21, 2022.
