ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, SCHEDULE S, SUBPARAGRAPH C, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A PASSENGER LOADING ZONE ON A PORTION
OF THE 100 BLOCK OF ADAMS STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401 (Streets and Highways), Schedule (S), (Loading
Zones), subparagraph (c), (Passenger Loading Zones), of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of the 100 block of
Adams Street, as follows:
Adams Street:the westerly side thereof;between points+00170 and 210 feet north of the north
curb line of Capitol Ave.from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
• Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
