CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-57
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF PUBLIC
WORKS SUPERINTENDENT JOE PAUMEN
WHEREAS, Joe Paumen is currently employed as the Public Works Superintendent by the
city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on August 28, 2006, Joe Paumen submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the city administrator; and
WHEREAS, Joe Paumen's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective September 1, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Joe Paumen's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
