Manage all facets of department, including a $13 million budget, and 106 FTEs in personnel. This
encompasses the areas of parks maintenance, recreation, athletics, tourism, public art,
communications, and transportation.
Coordinate execution of various capital improvement projects, including new senior facility,
Gateway Center, as well as improvements to various City properties.
Recommend and implement new processes to ensure efficiency and excellence in customer service
for residents and visitors.
