MINUTES OF TOVdN COMMISSION
MEETING SEPTM1BER 3, 1930.
The regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of said Town on
the 3rd day of September, H. D. 1930.
Commissioners DeParlier and Hoss were present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Hoss, Town Treasurer, stated that it would be neces-
eery for the Town Commission to pass the following resolution before
any money could be deposited or drawn from the Town's Depository in
the Central Farmers' Trust Company and for that reason he offers the
following resolution for adoption:
"BE IT RESOLVED that the Central Farmers' Trust Company
of West Palm Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby appointed a
depository of the Town of Gulf Stream, Palm Beach County, Florida,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all checks, drafts,
certificates of deposit, or other orders for the withdrawal of money
be signed and /or endorsed by any of the following officers:

responsibility f or the propriety of such payment. AND that any evidences
of indebtedness of borrowing money, secured or unsecured, from the said
Trust Company be signed and /or endorsed for this corporation by any of
the following officers:

Commission it was regularly adjourned.
