HomeMy Public PortalAbout2006-065 Resolution Granting Ext. of Time to Complete Lot Div & Rearrangement for Elizabeth Goodman 2495 Willow DrMember Weir introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2006-65 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO COMPLETE LOT DIVISION AND REARRANGEMENT FOR ELIZABETH GOODMAN AND HERBERT GARDNER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2495 WILLOW DRIVE WHEREAS, Elizabeth Goodman and Herbert Gardner (the "Applicants") received approval from the city of Medina (the "City") on April 4, 2006, of a lot division and rearrangement for property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, approval was valid for a period of six months from April 4, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested an extension of the deadline in order to complete title work necessary to satisfy other conditions of approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The approval previously granted shall be valid until December 31, 2006. 2. Resolution No. 2006-65 2 October 3, 2006 EXI3IBIT A Those parts of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying west of the centerline of Willow Drive as traveled, lying south of the south line of the North 15 acres of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and its easterly extension to said centerline of Willow Drive as traveled, and lying easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 970.41 feet to the west line of the East 370.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter being the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 00 degrees 24 minutes 39 seconds East, along said west line of the East 370.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 419.10 feet; thence North 56 degrees 59 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance of 154.89 feet to the west line of the East 500.50 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence north 00 degrees 24 minutes 39 seconds East along said west line of the East 500.50 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 335.06 feet to said south line of the North 15 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and said line there terminating.
