The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of new features available
through our Voice Over IP provider (VoIP), which could enhance the Village's ability to
communicate with the public.
Through the assignment of a direct phone number at the Village, users would have the
ability to receive phone calls, voicemails and text message to that number. All of these
features are available via the installation of the GoTo application on your smartphone.
If you are interested in having a Village phone number assigned to you, as well as
assistance in installing the application on your smartphone, please contact Richard
