Call to Order : G . Howard Hayes opened meeting at 5 ; 36pm
Review and approval of October 3 , 2017 meeting minutes . Belinda Eyestone moved to approve,

Report of the Deputy Assessor :
The abatement period for filing is closed . Jim is currently reviewing applications and scheduling
appointments with applicants , The new FY map books have arrived and on the counter .
Currently reviewing local options voted at Town Meeting, this information needs to be updated .
Official reorganization of the Board is recommended . According to the Town Clerks Office this
has not been done .
G . Howard Hayes made a motion to officially reorganize the Board, Ms . Eyestone 2"d the
motion . Mr. Hayes-Yes , Ms . Eyestone —Yes
G. Howard Hayes moves Ms . Eyestone to be BOA Chairman, Mr. Hayes to be Vice- Chair and
Ms . Salomone as Clerk , Ms . Eyestone 2"d . Mr. Hayes -Yes , Ms . Eyestone-Yes
There were no topics the chair did not reasonably anticipate .
Executive Session (to comply with or act under the authority of, any general or special law or
