AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-7-5 AS AMENDED OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCES OF MOAB, 1958, AND DECLARING THAT THE ORDINANCE IS
A MEASURE NECESSARY FOR THE IMMEDIATE PEACE, HEALTH AND SAFE-
TY OF THE CITY OF MOAB, AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON ITS PASSAGE
AND PUBLICATION
UTAH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
THAT Section 4-7-5 as amended of the Revised Ordinances of Moab City,
1958 be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding thereto EXCEPTION (11)
which shall read in words and figures as follows:
"(11) The following described real property zoned as R-2 Residential
Zone is hereby re -zoned as C-1 Commercial Zone:
Beginning 269 feet North of the Northeast corner of
the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Salt
Lake Meridian; running thence North 207 feet; thence
South 89°55' West 330 feet; thence South 28 feet;
thence South 89°55' West 330 feet; thence South 321
feet; thence North 89°55' East 330 feet; thence North
142 feet; thence North 89°55' East 330 feet to the
point of beginning."
THAT the City Council finds and declares that it is necessary for the im-
mediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of this City that this Ordin-
ance take effect upon its passage and publication.
Passed by the unanimous vote of all members present of the City Council
of the City of Moab, Utah, this 6th day of August, A. D. , 1963.
