Fraser Board of Trustees Executive Session
In the Executive Session called by the Fraser Town Board on April 16, 2003
between 7:20 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. during their regularly scheduled Board
meeting, the following items were discussed:
C.R.S. 24-6-402-4(b), Conference with attorney for the Board
for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal
questions.
Attorney's pinion Required by Colorado Revised Statute,
Section 24-6-402(2)(d.5)(II(B).
As the attorney representing the Town of Fraser, I am of the opinion that the
Executive Session, which was not recorded, constituted a privileged attorney-
client communication.
