Member Albers introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2023-26
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT NICOLE JACOBSON
WHEREAS, Nicole Jacobson began employment with the City of Medina as a Part-Time
Administrative Assistant on October 23, 2018; and
WHEREAS, on February 27, 2023, Nicole Jacobson submitted a letter of resignation from
her position addressed to the Public Safety Director; and
WHEREAS, Nicole Jacobson’s resignation from her position is effective March 15, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Nicole Jacobson’s letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
