CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-73
GRANTING FINAL PLAT OF MEDINA CLYDESDALE MARKETPLACE 2"
ADDITION ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF
MINNESOTA TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY

WHEREAS, Ryan Companies US, Inc., (the "Applicant") has requested approval to
plat the property legally described as Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 1, Medina Clydesdale
Marketplace
to Medina Clydesdale Marketplace 2nd Addition (the "Plat"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has now submitted the Final Plat for approval, which
Final Plat has been reviewed for its conformance with the City's land use regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby
does approve the final plat of Medina Clydesdale Marketplace 2nd Addition, subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. A Final Plat is hereby approved according to the plans received by the City on
September 21, 2006, or any revision thereto as may be approved by the city
attorney.
2. Drainage and Utility Easements along the common lot line between Lots 2 and 3,
Block 1, Medina Clydesdale Marketplace originally dedicated per Medina
Clydesdale Marketplace shall be vacated.
3. The applicant shall provide a copy of the Reciprocal Access Agreement for
review by the City Attorney.
4. The approval of the PUD amendment is contingent upon approval of the
preliminary and final plat.
5. The applicant must comply with the Plat Opinion letter dated September 28, 2006.
6. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the
City for the cost of reviewing the preliminary plat and related documents.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA that the mayor and the clerk -administrator
are authorized to sign the plat of Medina Clydesdale Marketplace on behalf of the City
and the city attorney is authorized to deliver the executed Plat to the Applicant.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Weir upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
