AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain equipment
is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, that the property
is to be replaced, and is no longer needed by the City. The property is described as follows:
One (1) 1994 Vactor Jetter - 1 FDYR72C2RVA52458
(mileage 45,067; hours 5,466)
With one nozzle and a minimum of 500' hose
Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the property
listed in Section 1.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its passage and approval.
