CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-75
APPROVING PLANNED LOT COMBINATION AND LOT DIVISION FOR
THOMAS TRUXTUN MORRISON AND ADRIENNE S. MORRISON FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1525 HUNTER DRIVE (PIN 25-118-23-22-0002 AND
PIN 25-118-23-23-0004)
WHEREAS, Thomas Truxtun Morrison and Adrienne S. Morrison have requested final
approval of Lot Division and Lot Combination on property legally described on Exhibit
A attached hereto; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division and Lot Combination for Thomas Truxtun Morrison and Adrienne S.
Morrison, subject to the following conditions:
1. The application is subject to the review and approval by the City Engineer and the
Building Official.
2. The applicant must execute the structure removal agreement and submit the required
letter of credit.
3. The applicant must execute the declaration of easements to convey drainage and
utility easements to the City.
4. The Applicant shall pay to the City a fee in an amount sufficient to reimburse the City
for the cost of reviewing the Lot Division and Lot Consolidation and related
documents.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Weir upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
