Special 11eeting.
,�ayor Vahlsing presided and Councilmen all present.
The meeting was for the purpose of meeting -,with the
Engineer, for improvements to the Disposal Plant, and
Water Main exbentions.
?r Ferguson the Engnineer from Grundy Center met with
the co>>ncil, and, the matter was gone over with him.
After due considerations, it was moved by Hook second
by Kuper that rIr D W Ferguson be employed to draw up
plans and specifications, legal prodeedings etc. in order
to make the necessary improvements to the Sand. Filter Bees
and Water 1.4a.in exttentions. Motion carried.
There being no further business it was moved to
adjourn.

The minutes of April meetings Arere read. and on motion by
Hook second by Kuper a.pnrovec as read. carried.
Mr Ames reporter tnat he would be ready to start well
testing in the near future,
It ices mover and seco-der: teat the Fire Marshall be notified
to make an inspection or certain buildings on Main street.
The Treasurers report was received, read_ and moved to be placed
on rile. B Tne ond or Otta Tjaden for Supt or dater worksand Sewer care-
taker was approved.
It was moved by Riekena seconded by Hussman tnat the fol owing
bills be allowed and ordered. paid. motion carried.
