PLACE: Fraser Town Hall – Relocated to Fraser Distillery (no water at Town Hall)

2. Approval of Agenda:
moved to approve the agenda and seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes- October 23, 2018
Young moved, and Clark seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 4-0.
4. Discussion:
a) Fraser Center for The Creative Arts Fundraising Strategies
Clark moved and Young seconded the motion to recommend to the Town Board that we move forward
with a consulting agreement with Art Space for services related to development of the Ceter for
Creative Arts (with the exception of using local contractors for estimating capital construction costs).
Motion carried 4-0.

Young moved, and Clark seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 4-0.
