1. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
2. Approval of Agenda:
Gould moved to approve the agenda and Young seconded the motion to approve the agenda. Motion
carried 5-0.
3. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes- October 23, 2018
Young moved, and Buhayer seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Discussion:
a) Fraser Center for The Creative Arts Fundraising Strategies
a. It was agreed that we need a story to tell, a tax free donation tool, an entity of some form,
and a business plan.
b. Action items, Durbin will meet with Art Space regarding possible consulting assistance,
Buhayer will visit w Dallas fundraiser acquantence, and Young will visit with Opera
connection.
b) Economic Incentive Program – general discussion with no action
c) Other Business – general discussion regarding marketing assistance by town, consensus
determined that is not role of town
5. Adjourn:
Neibauer moved, and Gould seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 5-0.
