CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-81
GRANTING FINAL PLAT FOR NNL MEDINA PROPERTIES, LLC FOR HIGH
POINTE RIDGE
WHEREAS, NNL Medina Properties, LLC (the "Fee Owner") has requested
approval of a Final Plat for High Pointe Ridge (the "Property") legally described on
Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Medina city council approved the preliminary plat at its meeting
on August 15, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the city of
Medina, Minnesota that final plat approval be granted to the Fee Owner for High Pointe
Ridge, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The final plat must be filed with the County Recorder within 60 days of the date
of the City Council resolution granting final approval or the final plat shall be
considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the
applicant and approved by the City Council.
2. The Fee Owner shall provide to the City a digital copy of the legal description.
3. The Fee Owner shall provide to the City an exhibit showing the location of the
primary and secondary septic system with the proximity to School Lake labeled
for Block 1, Lot 2.
4. The Fee Owner shall pay to the City a fee sufficient to reimburse the City for the
cost of reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Weir)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
