SPECIAL MEETING.
A special meeting of the Town Commission of the town of Gulf
Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall, of said Pown, at 7:30
o'clock P. M. February 22, 1933:
Commissioners L. R. Hoss,Mayor, H- 'E- Adams,Vice Mayor, and
M. L. DeParlier,Town Clerk, were present.
Meeting was called by the Mayor for the purpose of.discussing
adequate Police Protection for the Citizens of the Town. After some
discussion it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that a
Policeman, for night duty be retained. The Mayor appointed H. W.
Collins, Town Marshall,at a salary at 0100.00 per month. Said
Officer to have authority and power to issue Pown 'Warrents for the
arrest of Violatorsof the Pown Ordinances and request th =m to arpPar
in the Mayor's Court.
There being no further business to come before the Town
Commissioners, they were regularly adjourned.
