. open session on the 4th day of January 1955, Publicly open; examine,
and declare all sealed proposals or bi'ds for the following work to.
be done and improvement to be made in said City, to-wit: All that .
certain work and improvement set forth in Resolution of Intention
No. 2572 passed.and adopted by said City Council on the 16th day of
November, 1954 which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office
, of the City Clerk.of said City and is hereby,referred ta for a.des-.
:oription of said work or improvement, the boundaries of the district
to be assessed to pay the'costs and expenses of said work and for
further particulars, � � , .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council tha.t
it reject,'and it does hereby reject a11 of�said proposa.ls or bids ,�
except the next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contrac.t for
'doing said work or.improvement to the lowest, regular, responsible
bidder, to=wit: Vido Kovacevich Co: at the prices for said work or
improvement named in said bid, which bid is on file in the office o£
the City Clerk of said.City, and is hereby referred to for further "
particulars. •
