RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION OF CERTAIN
ALLEYS, AVENUES, AND PUBLIC WAYS IN TRACT N0.
13407 AS SHOT�9N ON MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 312,
PAGES 10 AND 11 OF MAPS, RECORDS OF LOS
ANGELES COUNTY; CALIFORNIA.
, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o£ Lynwood: did on
the 21st day of December, 1954 pass its Resolution of Intention
declaring its intention to vacate certain alleys, avenues, and public
ways in Tract No. 13407, and
� WHEREAS, said�resolution was published and notice of pro-
posed vacation was posted in the time, form, and manner required by
law, and .
�7HEREAS, a full and. impartial hearing was held on.the 18th
day of January 1g55 covering all the matters described 3n said
Resolution of Intention, and
WHEREAS, no protests or ob,jections were made at said hearing
to said proposed vacation of certain alleys, avenues, and public ways
� in Tract No..13407,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows: .
Section 1: That the following described alleys, avenues, and
public ways are unnecessary for present or prospective public use and
it is hereby ordered that the following described alleys, avenues, and
public ways in Tract No. 13407, as shown on map recorded in Book 312,
pages 10 and 11 of Maps, Records of Los �ngeles County, California,be
vacated and abandoned: "
I ' The first alley easterly of California Avenue extending
from the northerly line of Norton Avenne to the southwesterly line of
Brenton Avenue,
Brenton Avenue extending from the northerly line of Norton
Avenue to the southerly line of Alma Avenue.
Alma Avenue extending from the easterly line of California
Avenue to the westerly line of Century Boulevard.

Swantek Place extending from the easterly line of Brenton
Avenue to the westerly lirie of Century Boulevard.
The first alley northerly of Norton Avenue extending from ,
the easterly line of Brenton Avenue to a line 125 feet westerly of
and parallel to the westerly line of Century Boulevard.
The first alley westerly of Century Boulevard extendin�
from a line 125 feet northerly of and parallel to the northerly line
of Norton Avenue to a line 125 feet easterly of and parallel to the
easterly line of California Avenue.
The first alley easterly of California Avenue extending
from the northerly line of Alma �venue to a line 125 feet.southerly
' of and parallel to the southerly line of Century Boulevard.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified
copy of said order to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder.of said County.
