RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNW00D DECLARING ITS INT�NTION TO SELL CERTAIN
SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, parcels of real property described below are
found to be surplus to present and future needs of the City of
Lynwood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows: I i
That the public interest and convenience require, and. it
is the intention of said City Council to sell the following described
real property in the City of Lynwood:
Lots 424 to 427, both inclusive, of Tract No. 2551 as per
map recorded in Book 24, pages "78, 79, and 80, of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California.
The northerly 63 feet of Lot 267 of Tract No. 2551 as per
map recorded in Book 24, pages 78,- 79, and 80 of Maps, Records of, �
said County.
That Tuesday, March 15 1955 at the hour of 8 o�clock
p.m, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, is
hereby fixed. as the time and place ior hearing any protests'or
objections to the proposed sale.
That the City Clerk is authorized to publish a,nd post �
notices of said hearing in•the time, form, and manner required. by
law.
