RESOLUTION AMEDTDING PERSOPIDTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as Pollows:
That F�le X, Section 1, paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 2$68
� entitled °Personnel System Ru1es and Regulations of the City of Lynwood
be amended as follows:
°Section 1. Regular annoint�ent followin� probationarv neriod.
Al1 original and promotional apoointments shall be £or a probationary
period of six months. Probationary periods, horrever, may be extended an
additional'six months by the City Manager. The Personnel Officer shall
notify the apoointing authority and the probationer concerned two vieeks
prior to the termination of any probationary period.��
