Provided that notwithatanding the ger�eral proviaion contained herein, Fla.gmen, Guards, and Watchmen shall be paid one and one-half times the prevailing rate for overtime (overtime ahall be time worked in excess of eight hours per da,y or forty houss per week), and the straight p rate for timew.orli-ed�an 3aturdays, Sunda,ys, and Holidays where sucY! time does not constitute overtime.
