RESOLUTION ORDERIIQCr THE ti�JORK AND DIRECTING THE
CITY CLLRK TO GIVE IQOTICE INVITITQG EIDS.
- BE I^ RESOLVED by tne City Council of the Git;,r of Lynwood
as follows:
Section l: In the opinion of sa.id Cit�-.Council, the pu.blic
interest and cor.venienee require, and said City Council having ac-
quired� jurisd.iction so to do, •the follotaing wor'_� or ir�z�rovement is
hereby ordered to be done, to-vait: the con�truction of cement con-
erete curba and gutters, together with incid_ental and a.ppurtena.n� vtork,
a.s more pe.rticularl,y described in Resolution of Intention No. 24Q8.
Section 2: A17_ of tne �aork or improvement a.f oresaid ehall
be done as contemplated in Resolutiom of Intention No. 2498 of the
Git,y Cou.ncil of said Cit,y and to Plan No 1953-8 3 , to whieh reference
is herebv made for £urther particul.ar�.
%ection 3: Sa.id propose� work or improvemen�t, in the
opinion oi sa.id Citv Council, is of more than local or ' ordinary ,qublic
'benefit and said Citv Counci7_ hereb,y determines and d.eclares that the
c�istrict to be benefited b,y said work and improvement, and to be

assessed to pa.,y the entire coats and_ expenses thereof, is r�a.rti_culzrl,y
described in Resolution of Intention No. �g8, Reference is hereby
mad_e to �aid Resolution of Intention and to Pla.n No ..1953 - B - � for.
. £urther particulars as to the ehtent of the a.sses�ment clistrict.
Section 4: The'proceedin�� for the aioresaid work and im-
orovement shall be haci and taken under an Act of the Le�isl2tuxe of
. the State of California d.eai�nated ae the Streeta"and Highw�,ys Code,
Division '7, and cited a.s the °Improvement Act of 1911", and amendments
thereto. ,

Section 5: The City Council hereby determiriea and declares
that serial bonds shall be issued in t�e,form and manner provided in
, said aforementioned. Act, bearing interest a.t the rate'of six (6) per.
centurn per annvm to�represent each assessment of twenty-five (�25.00)
Dollars or over, remaining unnaid_ for thirt,y d.ays after the date of
warrant. Said serial bond.s sha11 estend over a period.'ending nine
yeare from the second da,y of Januar,y next succeeding the next October
15th following their date. S.a.id bonds and interest thereon shall be .
pz.id at the office of the City Treaeurer. �f said City and shall be
disbursed. b,y him, all as provided. in said Act.
Section 6: The Cit,y Clerk sha11 post e.nd cause to be pub-
lished a notice inviting sealed proposals or bi�s for doir� the �bove
d.escribed work or improvement in the tine, form, and. manner required
by laVa.
