certain work and improvement set'forth in Resolu.tion of Intention

of Anril, 1953 which Resolution of Intention is on £ile in tne office
of the Cit,y Clerk of said City a.nd is hereby referred to for a descrip-
tion of said Urork or improvement, the boundaries of the district to
be assessed_,to �ay the costs and experiaes of aaid oaork and for fu.rther 1
