RE50LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF '
LYNG100D APPROVING P•4EMORANDUM Or' AGREEP4IIVT FOR
THE EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION.
LdFIEREAB, a memorandum of agreement hae been preaented to
be entered into with the State'o£ California in e.ecordance with a
pro,ject atatement for e�enditure of gas tax funde ior the iiacal
year 195� allocated for ma,jor city etreete in the City of Lynwood;
and
VIHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar oritYi the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved p,y the City Council of the City
of Lynwood that said agreement covering roropoaed expenditures of the
• gas tax allocated for ma,Jor city streets be and the same is hereby
adopted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to
sign the same on behalf of said Cit,y, said agreement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution b,y the authorized o£ficials o£ the
State.
