��1H�'cEAS, the Cit,y Engineer ha.a heretofore filed with
the City Council a report setting fortn the eetimated coste for
the maintenance of street lighting service in the City of Lynwood
for the 1953-5� fiscal year;
NOVT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Covncil of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
l. That said report, together with d.iagram ahowing
assessment diatrict is hereby a.dopted and approved unmod.ified;
2. That the levying oF the assessment as proposed in
said report is hereby autnorized and approved; ,
3. That the City Clerk is hereby di to transmit
to the Count,y of Los An�elea Tax Collector the assessment roll and
" maps of the aesessment district.. "
