ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals wiil be received,publicly opened and tabulated by
the Medina City Clerk at 10:00 a.m.on Tuesday,January 31,2023,and
considered by the City Council at the February 7,2023 meeting for the
• pur�hase of:
' Class 5 Grevel,Crushed Rock,Sand,Road Oils,Recycled
, Aggregate,Bituminous Milling,Sealcoating,Reclaiming,
Bituminous Patching Mixes,Curb Installation,Non-rein
foroed Concrete Flat Work and Rental of certain pieces of
Construction Equipment with Operator.
Bid packets may be picked up only between the hours of 9:00 A.M.
to 4:15 P.M.or may also be obtained via email request to Lisa DeMars;
Lisa.DeMars�med inamn.gov.

All proposals shall be addressed to the City of Medina,600
Clydesdale Trail,Medina,MN 55340,shall be on the form included in the
specifications furnished by the City,sealed and marked"Road Material
Bids"on the outside of the envelope.
Copies of the Specifications and Proposals are on file with the City.
No deposit or bid bond will be required.
The City of Medina reserves the right to reject any and all bids and
waive any informality therein.
