The City Council of the Citv of L,ymaood doee hereby resolve as folloura: Section l: The following described, alley is unnecessary for present or prospective alley purposea and that the nublic intereet, neceseity a.nd convenience require, and the City Council i of said. City hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon � said alley described as follows: The fi alley southerly oP Century Boulevard extending easterly of Harris Avenue in Century Square, as per map recorded in Book 133, Pages 87 and 88 oF Mape, recorda of Los Angelea County, California. " Section 2: That sa.id. a11ey as above described, l,ying and being in said Cit,y of Lynt�tood, is shoorn on t�ap No `703 on file in the office of the City Clerk of aaid City, and to rohich all parties interested are referred to for particulars as to the pro— posed vacation and abandonment. Section 3: Phat the Gity oi Lynwood reservea an easement in, over, or unon said above described property for the construction, erection, and/or maintenance therein of public utilities. Section 4�: That tnese proceedings are had and taken under the provisions of Sec,tions 8300 to 8324�, inclusive, and 8330 and 8331 oi the Streets and Highvrays Code of the State of California, as amended.
